Where do we ship from?
Our warehouse is situated in California, United States, which influences our delivery times. Orders destined for locations near the West Coast tend to arrive relatively quickly, while those headed to the East Coast may experience slightly longer shipping durations.
Do we sell new items?
Absolutely, every product we offer is brand new, sealed, and never opened by us. We do not deal in used items. Our merchandise arrives at our warehouse directly from our suppliers and record labels, ensuring they are thoroughly inspected and prepared for dispatch. It's important to mention that, occasionally, items might sustain damage or have their packaging opened while in transit. Should you experience this, we encourage you to initiate a return process with us to secure a replacement.

DM: Alternatively, our Discount Membership offers many of the same advantages as the Record of the Month Membership but without the monthly record delivery, allowing you to enjoy all the other membership benefits at a lower cost.
How do I edit my order (i.e. cancel, change items, update shipping address)
From your account page, you'll have the flexibility to cancel orders, reorder any previous purchases, modify the shipping address for existing or upcoming orders, and adjust items in both current and previous orders.
