How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Transit times can range from 2-8 business days based on location.
What does “Join Backorder Queue” mean?
If a product is currently out of stock, you’ll see the option to Join Backorder Queue instead of Add to Cart.
Here’s how it works:
Join the waitlist queue for the item you want.
When it restocks, customers are notified via email.
If inventory is limited, notifications go out in batches as we get stock in. Notifications are sent based on queue order.
You’ll receive an email within a limited window (typically 24 hours) to complete your purchase. If stock was limited, you may lose your spot in the queue.
No payment is required to join the queue.
This system ensures fairness and prevents overselling.
When will an out-of-stock item restock?
Restock timelines depend on the label and distributor. Generally, items take between 3-6 months to restock.
Some titles restock within weeks, others may take longer.
The best way to secure a copy is to join the Backorder Queue so you’re first in line when it returns.
When am I charged for my order?
All orders are charged at checkout.
For Backorder Queue items:
You are only charged when you complete checkout after receiving your restock notification.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request changes or cancellations before your order is allocated to you. This means your is currently prepped to ship.
Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy.

Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in California.
Do you sell new or used records?
We sell brand new, factory-sealed records.
What if I miss my Backorder Queue notification?
In the case of a limited restock, if you don’t complete checkout within the notification window, the item will be offered to the next customer in line.
You’re always welcome to rejoin the queue if needed.
