  • Backordered items
  • Preorder items
  • Subscription and membership purchases

Purchasing a backordered or preorder item reserves your place in the fulfillment queue and secures inventory allocation once inventory becomes available.

Orders will not enter fulfillment processing until payment has been successfully authorized and captured.


2. Backorders & Preorders

Certain products may be available for purchase before inventory is physically available.

By purchasing backordered or preorder items:

  • Payment is collected immediately at checkout
  • Fulfillment timelines may vary depending on supplier availability
  • Items may ship separately from other products in your order
  • Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier or manufacturing delays

Most backorders are fulfilled within approximately 3–6 months, though certain items may take longer depending on supplier production schedules, repress timelines, distributor allocations, or inventory availability.

Customers can monitor, manage, or cancel eligible unfulfilled items directly through their customer account portal prior to shipment processing.


3. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel eligible unfulfilled items at any time before they enter the shipping process directly through their customer account portal.

Cancellation eligibility may vary depending on:

  • Fulfillment stage
  • Processing status
  • Shipment status
  • Payment processing status

Once an item has entered shipment processing or has shipped, it becomes subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy.

4. Partial Fulfillment & Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple inventory types may be fulfilled and shipped separately as items become available.

In-stock items may ship before backordered or preorder items.

Customers may receive:

  • Multiple shipments
  • Separate delivery dates

for a single order.


5. Subscriptions & Memberships

Certain products or services may be offered as subscription-based purchases.

Subscription billing may occur on:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Semi-Annual
  • Annual

billing cycles depending on the selected plan.

Subscription charges occur at the beginning of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Certain subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription and membership purchases are generally non-refundable.

Vinyl Vista does not store full credit or debit card information on its own servers.
