Thank you for shopping at Vinyl Vista. This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed, when you are charged, and what happens in the event of a payment issue.


1. When You Are Charged

All products available for purchase on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

  • Payment is collected at checkout.

  • Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized and captured.

  • Once payment is completed, your order enters our fulfillment queue.

We no longer offer checkout for backorders or pre-orders.


2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Please contact support@thevinylvista.com immediately.

  • Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy.


3. Subscriptions & Memberships

Certain products or services may be offered as subscription-based purchases.

  • You will be charged automatically according to the billing frequency selected (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).

  • Subscription charges occur at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • Some subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

All subscription and membership purchases are non-refundable.


4. Waitlisted Items

If a product is out of stock:

  • You may add the item to your account waitlist.

  • No payment information is collected for waitlisted items.

When the item becomes available, you must complete a new purchase through standard checkout.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined at checkout:

  • The order will not be confirmed.

  • You must complete checkout again using a valid payment method.

We do not hold inventory for failed transactions.


6. Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted through our Shopify store:

  • Google Pay (G Pay)

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

Accepted methods may vary by region.


7. Payment Processing & Security

  • All payments are processed securely through Bankful.

  • Payment information is encrypted and secured in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

  • Vinyl Vista does not store credit or debit card information on its servers.


8. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees.


9. Order Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase.

  • If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact support.


10. Billing Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing information provided at checkout matches the information associated with their payment method.

Providing inaccurate billing information may result in:

  • Payment decline

  • Order cancellation

  • Delayed processing
