JP the Wavy, A twilight-grooved summer anthem featuring LEX, Yo-Sea, and IO is finally coming to 7-inch vinyl! JP the Wavy?also gaining attention for his collaboration unit MNNK Bro. with contemporary pop artist Takashi Murakami?originally released this track digitally in September 2024, and it now receives a long-awaited analog release, complete with it's instrumental version. The song features his close ally LEX, the ever-smooth Yo-Sea, and marks his first collaboration with IO. The track was produced by up-and-coming L. A. producer Bijan Amir, known for co-producing 'Ric Flair Drip' by Offset & 21 Savage alongside Metro Boomin. Created through a session in Los Angeles with JP the Wavy, the song showcases Bijan Amir's laid-back production that blends alternative R&B and boogie, reminiscent of his work with artists like PARTYNEXTDOOR and Bryson Tiller. The sensual vocals and rap performances from all four artists blend beautifully with the mellow beat, resulting in a captivating love song that perfectly captures the melancholic essence of summer's end.
