Nagisa Ni Te, Nagisa Ni Te's 1999 third album stands as the most unique release in the band's history, a double-album masterpiece that remains a secret favorite among many fans who cherish the original LP version from Org Records. The motivation behind this recording was to explore whether the concept Shibayama tested with Hallelujahs-pursuing the inherent one-time nature and improvisational quality of performance within the format of pre-written compositions-could also be effective in a fixed band format rather than a session setting, and what form that might take. While the raw concept inevitably creates some dissonance in the punk-infused playing and vocals, the sheer momentum of this wild band captured in such high fidelity is rare among Japanese rock bands. Regardless of it's merits, it possesses undeniable persuasive power.
