Release Date: 10/07/2022
Telefís, the groundbreaking collaboration between two Irish iconoclasts, revered singer-songwriter Cathal Coughlan and world-renowned producer Garret "Jacknife" Lee, continued to work on music following their debut release of "a hAon" in March 222. Sadly Coughlan died on May 18th. 'a hAon' playfully dissected the early days of Irish society in the TV era through a prism of electronic dance music, drawing on what they saw as a 'corrosive nostalgia'. It also paid homage to their musical heroes of the punk and post-punk era. Kraftwerk fighting with The Human League for a parking spot on Capel Street. Amongst the muscular beats and distressed synth stabs there are strange ballads, haunting melodies and somber reflections. 'a Dó' broadens these sonic horizons and opens up the band's output to outside collaborators with guest appearances from High Llamas main man Sean O'Hagan, Echo & The Bunnymen's Will Sergeant, legendary Mancunians A Certain Ratio, and the inimitable Jah Wobble.

In Stock Items
Only items that are currently available can be purchased on our website.
Shipping Time:

Out of Stock Items (Backorder Queue)
If an item is currently unavailable, you’ll see the option to “Join Backorder Queue.”
Here’s how it works:
Join the queue for the record you want.
When it comes back in stock, customers are notified in the order they joined.
If inventory is limited, notifications are sent in batches.
When you receive a notification, you’ll have a limited window (typically 24 hours) to complete your purchase before it moves to the next person in line - IF inventory is limited.
Joining the queue does NOT require payment.
This system ensures fairness and prevents overselling.
Release Updates
If an upcoming title has a scheduled release date (pre-order items), the product page will reflect the most current expected timeline.
If release dates change, the product page will be updated accordingly. Once the item becomes available, it will be added as an in stock item.
*Pre-Order items use the same queue system as Backorder items.
When will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. All of our products are shipped out of our warehouse in Westlake Village, CA. You can track your order through your account on our website, via any of the shipping confirmation emails we've sent you, or through the Shop App.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
