Formed in 1983, Witch emerged from the remnants of AMPAGE. Their sold-out debut unleashed a spectacle of blood, fire, and fishnets, with the self-inflicted wounds and pyro stunts conducted by drummer and mayhem overlord, Punky Peru. From Troubadour to Radio City, Witch's performances were a whirlwind of chaos. Despite sharing stages with SLAYER, LOUDNESS, KEEL, and YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, internal strife and an excess of rock 'n' roll lifestyle kept major label deals just out of reach.
