She rose to fame in Cuba during the 1950s as a singer of guarachas, earning the nickname "La Guarachera de Cuba." In the following decades, she became known internationally as the "Queen of Salsa" and sold over 10 million records. In 2023, Rolling Stone ranked her #18 of the 200 Greatest Singers of All Time and was also selected as an honoree in the 2024 American Women quarter program, making her the first Afro-Latina to appear on a U.S. quarter. To commemorate the centennial of the legendary Celia Cruz, this compilation of carefully curated, timeless hits - which features collaborations with some of the Caribbean and Latin America's most beloved artists - has been remastered and presented with breathtaking artwork on 2 LPs pressed on copper color vinyl.
