This comprehensive collection traces the band's remarkable journey, from their early bar band roots to their rise as one of the most successful American acts of the 1980s. Born in New York and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Huey Lewis followed an unconventional path. A gifted student and athlete, he hitchhiked across America and Europe, teaching himself harmonica along the way. His early years with Clover took him to England, where he recorded with top producers and contributed harmonica to classic rock albums before returning home to form the group that would make him a household name. Huey Lewis & The News emerged from the vibrant Bay Area music scene with a tight, soulful sound shaped by Huey Lewis, Sean Hopper, Johnny Colla, Mario Cipollina, Bill Gibson and later Chris Hayes. Their breakthrough came with Picture This in 1982, but it was the blockbuster album Sports that turned them into global superstars. When will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. All of our products are shipped out of our warehouse in Westlake Village, CA.
