Limited vinyl LP repressing. Ocean Front Property is the seventh studio album by country music icon George Strait, released on January 12, 1987 by MCA Records. It is certified twice Multi-platinum by the RIAA. It is the first album to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. It was ranked #5 on CMT's list of 40 Greatest Albums in Country Music in 2006. George Strait is known as the "King of Country" and is considered one of the most influential and popular recording artists of all time. He is known for his neo-traditionalist country style, cowboy look, and being one of the first and main country artists to bring country music back to it's roots and away from the pop country era in the 1980s.

When will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. All of our products are shipped out of our warehouse in Westlake Village, CA.
