This allows the animals to move around in pitch darkness, so they can navigate, hunt, identify friends and enemies, and avoid obstacles.' -BBC Wildlife Magazine After cutting his teeth in the early 2000's in the Jacksonville, Florida music scene (DUUUUVAL!), Batsauce has spent over half of his life as a digital nomad with his wife, Lady Daisey. From Berlin to Vietnam (and all over Asia) to Mexico where he now resides semi-permanently, the beat maker has emitted sound waves across the globe and now their echoes have all come bouncing back in one glorious sonic symphony. 'Echolocation' is the sum effect of Batsauce's travels and experiences which have shaped and reshaped his sound over the years. Expect knockin' drums, anthemic horns and in-your-face bass lines paired with an expansive range of rare loops, stirring strings and an ever-present radar blip that makes you feel like you're a bat out at night on the hunt.
