The CD version of this album made the Top 100 Albums of 2022 list at Alt. Country Specialty Chart. It's original and vintage Roots Rock, Americana, Country Blues, Cajun and Western Swing with rich acoustic tones... a compact Shelter-in-Place-inspired outfit befitting the newfound minimalism of the times... back to the basics... Formed in the locked-down summer of 2020, they have conducted many shows along the West Coast as well as a recent foray into the Big-Pink-style living room facilities of Globe Records. The band draws from new originals as well as reworked vintage classics by Hank Williams, Taj Mahal, Dan Hicks, Big Bill Broonzy, Bob Wills, Bobby Charles. Back pOrchEstra is Tim Eschliman (Etta James, Commander Cody, New Copasetics) vocals & resonator guuitar, Bowen Brown (John Lee Hooker, Tommy Castro, Rhythmtown-Jive) drums, Candy Girard (Delaney Bramlet, Tanya Tucker, Clint Black and with Jerry Garcia) on violin, Beau Bradbury (Beaullieu) (California Honeydrops, Gator Beat) bass
