The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Formed in 2004 in Jacksonville, FL, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus has accrued Gold and multi-Platinum singles-including their massive 5x Platinum hit single "Face Down," 2x Platinum "Your Guardian Angel"-and 2x Platinum-certified debut album, DON't YOU FAKE IT, alongside numerous high-ranking radio chart positions and a robust digital history of over 1.5 billion career streams. Their new album "X's For Eyes" is their first with Better Noise Music and their first new studio album since 2018's "The Awakening". "X's For Eyes" features 11 tracks in total including the two previously released singles "Home Improvement" and "Slipping Through (No Kings)", and guest appearances from Craig Mabbit from Escape The Fate, and Kellin Quinn from Sleeping With Sirens. When will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. All of our products are shipped out of our warehouse in Westlake Village, CA. You can track your order through your account on our website, via any of the shipping confirmation emails we've sent you, or through the Shop App.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers may cancel eligible unfulfilled items at any time before they enter the shipping process directly through their customer account portal. Once an item has entered shipment processing or has shipped, it becomes subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy.
