Offering fans and collectors a rich and immersive listening experience, it's composed by Emmy Award-winning composer Trevor Morris (The Tudors, The Borgias, Dragon Age: Inquisition),. The score captures the raw intensity, emotional depth, and mythic atmosphere that helped define the tone of the series. From sweeping orchestral moments to brooding ambient textures, the music reflects the harsh beauty of the Viking world and it's complex characters. One of the standout tracks is the opening theme, 'If I Had A Heart' by Swedish artist Fever Ray, whose haunting vocals and minimalist electronics set the tone for the series.
