Craig Alexander has been a staple in Chicago House Music for 30 years. Growing up on the South Side of Chicago, Craig began spinning at 13 after he heard his next door neighbor playing records in the basement and he saw the two turntables and him blending the records together and said 'Show me how you did that' and the rest is history. His love for the music began in the early 80s when he attended The Muzic Box where he heard the Legendary Ron Hardy play for the first time. Listening to Ron helped him develop a style all his own that has rocked dance floors all over the world. Initially starting out as a promoter doing parties at the Legendary AKA's with Ron Hardy he quickly began manning the decks as an opener for his parties as more people caught his sets he began to get offered headlining sets. His smooth style and 'not the norm' selection made him a Chicago household name. He along with DJ Jozana and DJ Cheez were responsible for the infamous Private World loft parties in the 90's in Chicago. He's played alongside everyone from Glenn Underground, Paul Johnson & DJ Rush to Lil Louis and Thomas Bangalter (Daft Punk). His musical journey has taken him to several places including France, Switzerland, & Germany to name a few. He has projects on several labels and is infamous for his exclusive disco edits that he creates under the Craig N Them moniker.
